We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. By completing a purchase on our store, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please note that if an order cancellation is approved, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to cover the costs associated with processing your order and any production or administrative work already completed. Any applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the eligible refund amount. Once an order has entered the custom production process, cancellation may no longer be available.
