Shipping & Preorder Policy – 4EVAHAVIN

PLEASE READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION TO VERIFY WHETHER THE ITEM IS IN STOCK OR A PREORDER BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. BY ORDERING YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

At 4EVAHAVIN, we offer both in-hand items and preorder (made-to-order) items. Please review the details below before placing your order.

In-Hand Items (Ready to Ship)

• Orders for in-hand items are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.

Shipping Options:

• 2-Day Express Shipping
• Standard Shipping (2–5 Business Days)

Please note: Shipping time begins after your order has been fulfilled, not at the time of purchase.

Preorder Items (Made-To-Order)

• Preorder items require up to (15–21 business days for production) 5-7 business days for us to receive them after production is complete then we will ship them out which can take 2-5 business days for customers to receive them.
• These items are made specifically for you and are not in stock at the time of purchase.
• Once production is complete, your order will be shipped immediately.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS or USPS`.
• You may or may not receive a tracking number 72hrs hours after your order is placed that does not mean your order is being shipped yet. 
• Shop Pay shipping estimates may be inaccurate. Please do not rely on Shop Pay for estimated delivery dates. 
• PLEASE NOTE Preorders cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or returned once the order has been placed. This includes, changes of mind, ordering the wrong size, delays in production or shipping, or no longer wanting the item.
